Like so many others, I got into the Car Business on my way to some other destination. But now, after 40 years working in Retail and as a Dealer Coach in this Industry, there is no question that this was my original path. My forte lies in the ability to identify the obstacles that are in the way of your dealership's staff, that are preventing them from doing the things you need them to do.....and then....provide the guidance and accountability to achieve results!
