Q. What is a  Remote (Fractional) BDM?

A Fractional Business Development Manager is simply a part-time BDM dedicated to your Dealership's BDC department for the frequency and length of the contract. Hiring a part-time Manager can provide much needed accountability, oversight, skill development, and stability to your BDC at a fraction of the cost of an additional Manager. They can also serve as a Coach or Mentor for your existing Lead or BDM.

Q. What does a Remote (Fractional) BDM do?

A Fractional Business Development Manager will implement BDC best practices, manage OR co-manage your BDC staff, help Agents set activity and results goals and hold them accountable to reach them, provide phone training. He or she will help with hiring, onboarding and training BDC members. The FBDM should be able to access your current CRM system and any recorded Phone Calls in order to stay current with all lead activities and results.
