Is Fractional (Remote) BDC Management right for you?

Having traveled the U.S. over the last 18 years in order to work with Automobile Dealers and their staff, I have seen and experienced every approach to lead management in this industry. Today, our sales processes are trending towards a more transparent one. This means that the skill level of our BDM and their staff can either add to or detract from what we are trying to accomplish. We all know that finding and retaining employees is critical to our success. Unfortunately, with the turnover we are experiencing we end up starting over way to often. Dealers will even bring in trainers to work with their staff a few days a month. Often this provides a temporary boost that subsides a few days afterwards. Improvement and growth doesn't happen! What is really needed to fix this? Leadership, ongoing training and expert guidance.

So, what is a Fractional BDC Manager? Simply put, he or she is a part-time, offsite manager or co-manager of your BDC!

How would this be beneficial to me? Fractional BDM provides the hour by hour and day to day professional management piece that drives accountability, skill development, and results for a fraction of the cost of adding another Manager! For a lot of dealers, this makes sense!
